By accessing or using BitDiary, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the service.
BitDiary is a trading journal and analytics platform. We connect to your exchange accounts via Read-Only API keys to import trade history. We do not place trades on your behalf.
You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
You grant us permission to use your Read-Only API keys solely for importing your trade data. Keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and never shared with third parties. You may revoke access at any time.
BitDiary offers paid subscriptions managed by Whop. The 3-day free trial requires email verification and at least one exchange connection. We do not store payment information — all billing is handled by Whop.
You agree not to attempt to circumvent trial restrictions, create multiple accounts to abuse trials, reverse engineer the service, or use it in any unlawful manner.
We collect and store data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your trade data belongs to you. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
BitDiary is provided "as is". We do not provide financial advice. Past trading performance does not guarantee future results. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitDiary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
